How do I submit a flyer?
All flyers must have approval. To get the flyer approved, please bring a hard copy of the flyer to Carolu Kizer at the district office, located at 1050 S. Fourth Ave. Morton, IL.

Virtual Meet the Teacher
Hello Lincoln Parents!
Welcome to our 2020 Lincoln Virtual Meet the Teacher Night! We know your families are busy and we sincerely appreciate you taking time to view our Virtual Meet the Teacher presentations. You can click the link below and it will take you to a Google Site where our teachers, related service providers (ie: Speech, OT), support staff (library, computer lab) and administrators are pictured. Please click on each name below the picture to view the teacher's Meet the Teacher Night presentation and to find out more information about additional support staff and school personnel. Even Mrs. Peterson and I each recorded a video for you to watch! It will be helpful to have the handouts which were sent home from your child's teacher to follow along with while watching the presentations. You can watch these videos now, later this evening or sometime later this week to help familiarize yourself with the routines, expectations and curriculum in your child's classroom/grade.
The Virtual Meet the Teacher link will also be pinned at the top of the Lincoln Facebook page and will be added to our Virtual Backpack on our website, so we encourage you to watch the teacher videos when it's convenient for your family.

Elementary Limited Excused Absence
A limited excused absence refers to a special category of absences that are limited in number and require approval by the principal. Examples of limited excused absences include:
- Pre-approved vacations with parents
- Religious trips/retreats
- Court appearances
Lincoln School Record Release
The Lincoln School Record Release grants permission to release Lincoln records or secure records from another school or agency.
School Medication Authorization Form
All medications to be administered during school hours are to be kept in the office in the original container. A medication authorization form, which details the administration of the medications, must be signed by a parent. The required form is filed in the office. An asthma inhaler, which can be kept in a student's or teacher's possession, is the only exception, as indicated by the required medication authorization.

StepItUp Fundraising Information
Good afternoon Lincoln Families,
Today we kick off our Lincoln Elementary 2020 PTO Fundraiser called StepItUp! Your child will be bringing home his/her fundraising packet with information for you to review. While our fundraiser this year is different then our previous years' Lincoln Lions Walk-A-Thon, the fundraising monies are still needed and directly benefit our Lincoln School students and staff! All funds raised this year will be used to help continue to support and fund our current PTO programs at Lincoln, such at Artistic Adventures, Mystery Science curriculum materials, 5th grade manners luncheon, 6th grade field trip; teacher classroom requests, and an all school art mural.
